We endeavour to keep the online shop’s inventory up to date to reflect the right product availability. Very rarely, there may be a product that’s temporarily or no longer available. We will let you know if the products you order become out of stock.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, there is no requirement for Party Ideas in a Box to refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind.

However, in circumstances where there is a change of mind return:-

  • the products must be in saleable condition and have not been used;
  • the products must be in the original packaging;
  • you must notify Party Ideas in a Box by email your change of mind intention and Order# within two days of receiving the products
  • products must be return mailed to Party Ideas in a Box the next business day. For change of mind returns, you (the Customer) are responsible for all return postage costs.
  • once products have been received and checked, a refund will be given to you via your original payment method.
